Disposable prices change weekly and differ from store to store. Every price here comes with the store and was seen on October 14, 2026. Treat them as a guide to where the cheap shelves are, not as today’s price.

The CVS, Walgreens and Best Buy pack prices come from Google Shopping listings sold by those stores. The Target and Freestyle prices come from search summaries of their listings, not from the store pages themselves; Target’s page did not show prices when we checked.

Buying in a store

You can still walk in and buy one. On October 14, 2026, Google’s local results showed Walmart and Target with “In stock: disposable cameras.”

Walmart

Walmart had the cheapest camera we found: a Fujifilm QuickSnap 2-pack for $29.88, or $14.94 a camera. It also listed the Fujifilm One Time Use at $21.99, a Kodak 35mm Single Use at $29.50 and an Ilford XP2 2-pack at $58.99. Marketplace sellers list more, at their own prices.

Target

Target stocks the QuickSnap, the waterproof QuickSnap and multipacks. Search summaries of its listings gave $21.99 for one QuickSnap and $39.99 for two, but Target’s page did not show prices when we checked, so confirm in the app. A QuickSnap 800 Waterproof 4-pack was $90.99 at Target on Google Shopping.

CVS

CVS sold the QuickSnap Flash 400 for $23.79 on Google Shopping. That is about $4 more than a single on Amazon and almost $9 more than a camera from Walmart’s 2-pack.

Walgreens

Walgreens sold the Kodak Power Flash for $27.99 on Google Shopping.

Best Buy

Best Buy carries the QuickSnap and FunSaver packs. A FunSaver 6-pack was $119.70, or $19.95 a camera. Search summaries gave $21.99 for one QuickSnap, which we could not confirm on the page.

Staples showed up in Google’s local results for disposable cameras, but we could not confirm what it stocks.

Buying online

Amazon has the widest range. On October 14, 2026, a single QuickSnap Flash 400 was $19.49 and a single Kodak FunSaver $22.84. The QuickSnap Waterproof was $26.89.

B&H Photo is the place for black-and-white and less common cameras: Kodak Tri-X 400 at $17, Ilford XP2 at $22, Ilford HP5 at $24, Ilfocolor Rapid Retro at $25 and a Fujifilm QuickSnap black-and-white at $19. The FunSaver was $19 there, cheaper than on Amazon.

Freestyle Photo listed the QuickSnap at $18.99, a QuickSnap 2-pack at $34.99, the FunSaver and Power Flash at $19.95 and Tri-X at $17.95.

Urban Outfitters sells the Kodak FunSaver at $30, the highest price we saw for it.

The Darkroom, a mail-in lab, sells its own Darkroom Cam for $15.99.

Five Below sold an own-brand disposable with a flash for $10 in early 2024, according to The Knot. We have not confirmed that it still does.

Buying in bulk: what a camera really costs per pack

Bigger packs are rarely much cheaper per camera on Amazon. Most multipacks there are bundles from third-party sellers, and many are priced at or above the single camera.

Pack (Amazon unless noted) Price Per camera
QuickSnap single $19.49 $19.49
QuickSnap 2-pack $39.95 $19.98
QuickSnap 2-pack (other listing) $37.49 $18.75
QuickSnap 4-pack $77.84 $19.46
QuickSnap 6-pack (third-party bundle) $132.95 $22.16
QuickSnap 8-pack bundle $159.99 $20.00
QuickSnap 10-pack bundle $186.00 $18.60
QuickSnap 10-pack (other listings) $290.00 $29.00
QuickSnap 20-pack $540.00 $27.00
Kodak FunSaver 2-pack $43.50 $21.75
Kodak FunSaver 7-pack bundle $189.95 $27.14
Kodak FunSaver 10-camera bundle $179.00 $17.90
Foto Film 10-pack (own brand) $189.99 $19.00
Walmart QuickSnap 2-pack $29.88 $14.94
Best Buy FunSaver 6-pack $119.70 $19.95

The QuickSnap 20-pack costs $7.51 a camera more than a single. The cheapest QuickSnap 10-pack saves $0.89 a camera, and the FunSaver 10-camera bundle saves $4.94 a camera against a single FunSaver. Walmart’s 2-pack still beat every Amazon pack by almost $3 a camera or more. If you need ten, five Walmart 2-packs at $149.40 cost less than any 10-pack we found.

Before you buy a big pack, divide the price by the number of cameras. Bundle listings change sellers often, so the same pack can jump in price from one week to the next.

Wholesale and custom wedding cameras

Wholesale sellers mostly offer custom-wrapped cameras for weddings and parties. Custom Camera Collection lists wedding cameras at about $12.89 to $15.49 each, with Kodak 400 film and 27 exposures.

Check the expiry date before you buy a wholesale lot. One 10-pack of wedding cameras on Google Shopping in October 2026 was marked “EXP. 12/2023” in its title. A lab can still develop expired film, but the colors shift, and you are paying new prices for old stock. We did not find a Kodak or Fujifilm wholesale program open to consumers.

If you are planning cameras for a wedding, our disposable cameras for weddings guide works out how many you need and what it costs for 100 guests.

How much should a disposable camera cost?

About $15 to $25 for a Fujifilm or Kodak color camera, going by the October 2026 prices above. Black-and-white models mostly ran $17 to $25 at B&H, and more on Amazon. Anything above $25 for a single color camera is more than you need to pay.

For which camera to buy, see our best disposable cameras guide.

Add developing to the price

The camera is only part of the cost. Developing and scans add about $12 to $25 a camera at mail-in labs, or about $15 for prints at CVS. Our guide to where to develop disposable cameras compares the stores and labs.

Counted together, a QuickSnap from Amazon at $19.49 plus The Darkroom’s $17 developing and scans comes to $1.35 a shot over 27 exposures. A QuickSnap from Walmart’s 2-pack with Process One scans ($14.98) comes to $1.11 a shot before return shipping.

Before you buy ten: an instant camera may cost less per shot

Instax Mini film costs $0.91 a shot, with the print in your hand in about 90 seconds. A disposable costs $1.11 to $1.72 a shot once developed. You pay more up front for the camera: an Instax Mini 13 is $79.95, and its print is smaller than a 4x6, with no negatives or scans. Against the Amazon and Darkroom disposable, the Mini 13 pays for itself after about 182 shots, or roughly seven disposables.
